Shipping Information
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and fulfillment.
Once an order is marked as shipped, please allow additional time for your order to be processed by UPS and entered into their system for tracking.
Next Day and Second Day Air shipping will not arrive 1-2 days after order is placed. It will be shipped after processing and fulfillment is completed as mentioned above.
International orders may take additional time to be processed.

International Shipping
Canyon Beachwear ships all International orders by UPS Worldwide.
Military and APO orders can be shipped by USPS. Please contact us for more information.
Please Note: UPS may apply brokerage fees on shipments to some countries outside the U.S.A.
Canyon Beachwear is not responsible for these charges. Contact your local UPS office for questions regarding additional fees on International shipments.
Return Policy
Canyon Beachwear will exchange, replace or refund your purchase as long as it is returned in saleable condition with all tags still attached. Any items that you wish to exchange or return must be returned to our Website Return Department or one of our store locations within 10 DAYS of the date the package was received, based on UPS tracking.
All correspondence regarding your order, such as Confirmation numbers and Tracking numbers are emailed to you when the order is processed.

Please Note:
Any merchandise returned to Canyon Beachwear after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be returned to the customer and additional shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
Canyon Beachwear stores cannot give any refunds for items purchased on the Canyon Beachwear website. Stores can only do exchanges. Any refunds will need to be processed through the Canyon Beachwear Website Dept. based on original payment method
Refunds will be issued based on original payment method excluding shipping charges. This Return Policy applies only for online purchases and not for purchases made at a Canyon Beachwear retail store location.
Canyon Beachwear Website Return Dept. will not process any returns or refunds for merchandise purchased at our stores.

Sale Items and Special Orders
All items marked "Sale" are Final Sales and are not returnable or exchangeable. Any item noted as a "Special Order" is considered a Final Sale and no exchanges or refunds will be issued. Any Sale or Special Order merchandise returned to Canyon Beachwear will not be credited and will be returned to the customer with an additional shipping charge.

Return & Exchange Instructions
1. Print and complete Exchange & Return Form (download available on our Contact Us page). Retain your original order invoice for your records.
2. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Exchange & Return Form. Please note that all shipping charges and insurance are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.
Also, Canyon Beachwear is not responsible for lost packages. It is a good idea to insure your package or use Delivery Confirmation if shipping with USPS.

4. When returning by mail, allow 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*If we shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please contact customer service (see Contact Us Page) and we will gladly refund your shipping costs for that item(s) and issue a mailing label to send back merchandise. In addition, if you would like to return the merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase.
Product Availablity
We try and update the products offered on our website daily. However, some products are in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. You will be notified by phone or email if an item or items on your order become unavailable.
